What happens if your score drops?

Verified badge requires a continuous trust score of 75+

RegPilot monitors your contract continuously. If your trust score drops below 75 — due to liquidity changes, ownership modifications, or contract alterations — the Verified badge is automatically paused (not revoked). You'll receive an email notification immediately.

Once the issue is resolved and your score returns to 75+, the badge reactivates automatically. No manual intervention needed. Your subscription keeps running in the background so you don't lose your spot.

Common questions

What chains are supported?

Ethereum, BSC (BNB Chain), Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, and Solana. Multi-chain projects are supported — submit your primary contract for the initial analysis. Additional contracts can be noted during the review process. More chains are added regularly.
What if our trust score is below 75 after payment?

For Verified: If your automated score comes in below 75, the badge won't be issued yet — but your subscription is active. You'll see exactly which factors pulled your score down, and can re-check once you've addressed them. The badge issues automatically the moment your score crosses 75.

We do not issue automatic refunds, as the monitoring service is active from day one. If you believe there's a scoring error, contact contact@regpilot.io.
How long does Certified certification last?

RegPilot Certified is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. After that, re-certification is required (at the same $599 rate) to maintain the gold badge. The 30-day active monitoring window runs from certification date. After 30 days, monitoring is passive (trust score checks), unless you re-certify.
Can we display the badge on our website and socials?

Yes. You'll receive a hosted badge image URL and an embeddable HTML snippet you can drop anywhere. The badge dynamically reflects your current certification status — if paused or expired, it changes automatically. You can also link it to your public RegPilot verification page, giving investors a one-click trust audit.
What's the refund policy?

Verified ($200/mo): Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period — badge deactivates at end of period. No penalty for cancellation.

Certified ($599): Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if our team has not yet begun the review. Once review is in progress, no refunds are issued. If we cannot complete certification (e.g., project fails KYC), you'll receive a full refund. Email contact@regpilot.io within 24 hours of payment.
What's included in the 30-day monitoring for Certified?

Real-time alerts via email if: liquidity drops more than 20% in a single event, ownership/admin keys are transferred, any contract function is upgraded or modified, trust score drops below 75. You'll also get weekly monitoring summaries during the 30-day window.
What does KYC involve for Certified?

At least one core team member must verify their identity: full name, government-issued ID, and a brief liveness check. KYC is conducted securely and confidentially — we don't publish personal identity details. Your public certification report confirms "team identity verified" without disclosing specifics, unless you opt-in to public disclosure.
Can anonymous or pseudonymous teams apply?

Verified ($200/mo): Yes, no KYC required. Automated analysis only.

Certified ($599): At least one team member must complete identity verification. Fully anonymous teams cannot receive the gold Certified badge. If this is a hard constraint, the silver Verified badge is the right option for your project.
